Tami Nies is a wife, mother, and grateful daughter of the one true King. From an early age, she found comfort and joy in writing poetry—simple reflections that captured her awe of God’s creation. Over the years, as life brought both heartache and healing, Tami turned to prayer, Scripture, and quiet moments with the Lord to steady her soul. Through the loss of her father and the pain of divorce, she discovered that even in the most ruffled seasons, God was still writing a redemptive story.

As her own healing journey unfolded, her writing shifted from poetry to heartfelt devotions—words that flowed from time spent in God’s presence and a desire to encourage others walking through their own storms. Ruffled and Redeemed, her first 60-day devotional, was born out of that desire—to help others hold on to hope, find peace in the chaos, and trust the God who redeems all things.

Tami and her husband, Jason, now share life and faith together. They run a small business, serve actively in their church, and find joy in the simple blessings of each day. Through it all, Tami continues to write with one goal: to point hearts back to the One who restores, renews, and redeems.
