Even a broken, discolored, dead leaf can dance

The wind was swirling and howling. Much of the remaining snow from the storm was gone. The dead leaves left from autumn’s exit had filled the highway. The leaves appeared to be dancing.  The lift of the wind had them swaying and rising high off the pavement.  They were dead, broken and discolored but, I don’t think they were aware.  And, if they were aware, they gave a standing ovation performance as a farewell.

I was reminded that being broken can healed and dead can be resurrected. Don’t believe it?

Check out a good book. Did you think I was referring to Ruffled and Redeemed?  Yes, it references being restored, resurrected and redeemed.  But, I am referring to the best book-it is the Holy Bible.
