A Story of Love

I love God above all else.  Above all else because GOD IS LOVE.  Love exists because of Him. Creation is His love-the universe, the earth, mankind and every living creature. Now, that is a story of love.

JESUS, the Son of GOD IS LOVE.  God sent His Son so that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:17  That is another story of love.  What have you given for love’s sake?  What selfless act on behalf of another?

Without God, there is no love. His love for us is never ending, unfailing and unconditional.

Because I know the love of God. I can love others. I can love myself, yes, myself. No, not in a vain, stare at myself in the mirror way.  But, self love, believing that I have value and worth because of the love of God.  The story of God’s love enables me to love others, to see value and worth in everything God created. So, who do I love…everyone.  I may not like the actions, personalities or behaviors of everyone. I may not like sound of a bee buzzing near my head nor insects moving too close, but God created all of it. Every living thing is part of the story of love.

I thank God I am part of the story. I give and receive the love of others. Love that could only come from God.
